Age Without Limits Day took place on Wednesday 11th June 2025.
Age Without Limits Day is an annual day for us all to come together and take action to end ageism - as individuals, with friends and family, in our communities and in our workplaces.
Celebrate Ageing. Challenge Ageism
The theme for Age Without Limits Day 2025 was 'Celebrate Ageing. Challenge Ageism.'
We had over 80 fantastic events take place across the county to celebrate ageing and challenge the negative stereotypes and biases that limit us all.
Age Without Limits Day will be back in 2026 and we want to make it the best one yet.
