Join us for a fun filled day with an upbeat singing session and use your creativity to create age positive messages on placards and banners and follow us on our parade showcasing age positivity and challenging ageism.
Aged 50+? Join Age UK Teesside on the 21st June at The Steelies Club in Middlesbrough (TS5 6LG) for a Silent Disco! Put on your headphones as we rave through the 80s and 90s. A fantastic opportunity to make new friends, have fun and best of all - its free!

At our 'Celebrate Ageing. Challenge Ageism' event, older people will work with artist/photographer Sharon Bailey to create images of how they see themselves and how they think others see them.
No special skills needed, just a willingness to take part.
We will have fun and enjoy lots of conversations about our experiences of ageing and what we can do to address ageism in our lives.
